The Equality Action Center (EAC) is a research center at UC Law SF, which seeks to advance racial, gender, and class equality in the workplace and in politics. The center’s initiatives and programs address inequality at a structural level with concrete, evidence-based interventions. Their programs lead programs that cultivate leadership and level the playing field for everyone with a pragmatic focus: linking rigorous research with practical steps to produce social or organizational change within a two- to five-year time frame.
