The ATOM Project

Our NSF grant was cancelled because the administration doesn’t want to fund research that supports gender equity. Help fund our amazing research team to continue the ATOM project: ensuring fair access to opportunities in medicine. Our work uses an innovative technological approach to address a key reason why women and people of color leave the medical field: lack of access to career-enhancing opportunities.
